Short answer: Perspective builds genuinely good mobile-first funnels and is deservedly popular, particularly in DACH. People go looking for alternatives for four reasons: the price per funnel, the seat limits, whitelabel sitting on the €369/month tier, and the fact that it either replaces your landing page or embeds into it as an iframe.
Which alternative suits you depends on which of those four is your problem.
Collectform is our product, so we have a stake here. Perspective details are drawn from public sources as of August 2026 and change often, so verify current pricing on their site.
First, what Perspective genuinely does well
It is worth being accurate about this, because a comparison that pretends the competitor is bad is not useful to anyone deciding.
The mobile-first funnel experience is excellent. Story-style, swipeable, built for the way people actually hold a phone coming off a Meta ad. It does not feel like a form pretending to be mobile-friendly.
It supports Meta Pixel and Conversions API properly, including custom conversions and per-funnel event mapping, with pixel credentials reusable across funnels in a workspace. Some comparison articles imply otherwise. They are wrong, and if server-side tracking is your only requirement, Perspective covers it.
It is a complete package. Built-in CRM, analytics, templates and support. If you have no landing page and no way to build one, that is real value rather than bloat.
It converts. One advertiser on r/googleads, running a renovation company, described Perspective funnels working well on Meta at around a €49 average lead cost, while the same funnel underperformed on Google Search. That is a fair and specific data point, and it says something useful: Perspective is built for paid social, and that is where it earns its money.
Where it starts to hurt for lead generation
1. The entry plan is small, and priced like it is not
Base is €59/month for 2 live funnels, 1 user seat and 100 leads.
Read that again with an agency's eyes. Two funnels is one client with an A/B test, or two clients with no testing. One seat means nobody else on your team can log in.
Perspective prices on funnel volume and features rather than contacts, which is a coherent model, but it means the thing that pushes you up a tier is the thing you do most: launching more funnels.
2. Whitelabel sits on the €369/month plan
This is the one that sends agencies looking.
Whitelabel appears on Expand at €369/month. If your entire business model is delivering funnels under your client's brand, you are not choosing between €59 and €369 based on features. You are paying €369 because removing a logo is table stakes for your deliverable.
For comparison, our own white-label is included from the $20/month tier, and that is a deliberate position rather than a coincidence: an agency should not pay a six-fold premium to not advertise its vendor.
3. Seats scale slower than teams do
One seat on Base, three on Grow at €184/month. A four-person agency with a designer, a media buyer and two account managers is on Grow before it has acquired a third client.
4. It replaces your page, and when it does not, it embeds as an iframe
This is the architectural difference and it is the most important part of this article, because it is not a flaw so much as a fork in the road.
Perspective builds and hosts the funnel. That is the product. Which means:
- If you have no site, it gives you one, and that is genuinely valuable.
- If you do have a site that ranks, that your brand team controls, or that your developers maintain, you are now running a second web property on someone else's domain.
Perspective can also embed into an existing page, and its documentation is explicit that this is done with an iframe. That matters more than it sounds.
An iframe is a separate document loaded from another origin. It cannot read the URL of the page it sits inside. So the fbclid, ttclid and gclid parameters that arrive on your landing page from an ad click live in the parent page, and the form running inside the frame is on the other side of a boundary designed to keep those two things apart. Cookies set inside it are third-party context, which is precisely the category browsers have spent five years restricting.
Collectform sits on the other side of that fork. It is a web component, not an iframe, which means it runs in the same document as your page. It reads the click ID off the URL on landing, holds it as a hidden field, and sends it with the conversion event. Same origin, first-party cookies, no boundary in the middle.
The honest question is not which tool is better. It is whether you want something that replaces your landing page, something that sits inside a frame on it, or something that runs as part of it.
If the answer is "replaces", Perspective is a strong choice and most of this article does not apply to you.
What real users say
Perspective is quiet on Reddit compared to the tools it competes with. In a corpus of 98,700 posts from marketing and PPC subreddits, it appears four times. That is not a criticism, it reflects a DACH-first customer base that does not congregate on English-language Reddit.
The mentions that exist are instructive though. One is somebody advertising to hire a person who can build Perspective funnels, alongside landing pages, for paid traffic. That is a small signal of something real: the builder is capable enough that agencies treat "can build in Perspective" as a hireable skill rather than an afternoon's work.
That cuts both ways. Power is good. Needing to hire for it is a cost.
The alternatives, by which problem you have
| Your problem with Perspective | Look at | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Cost per funnel as you add clients | Collectform | From $20/mo, white-label included, no per-funnel entry limit |
| Whitelabel gated at €369/mo | Collectform or Growform | Both include branding removal far lower down |
| Need enterprise SSO and governance | Heyflow | Built for that, priced for it too |
| Want a form, not a whole funnel | Collectform or Growform | Embeds into your existing page |
| Want quizzes and scored calculators | involve.me | Purpose-built for interactive content |
| You genuinely want the full funnel builder | Stay on Perspective | It is good at this. Switching would be a downgrade |
That last row is not politeness. If the hosted mobile funnel is the thing you are buying, moving to an embeddable form is a worse outcome and you should not do it.
Why Collectform, specifically
For lead generation on paid traffic, three things:
Multi-step qualification without replacing your page. Conditional logic, calculation steps, image choice, swipe blocks and conditional endings, delivered as a web component on the page you already have. Your SEO, your domain, your brand.
Native tracking rather than a tag manager project. Meta Pixel, Meta CAPI and TikTok CAPI are built into every plan and configured in the form itself, not assembled in Google Tag Manager or a server container you host. Events are deduplicated against the browser pixel by shared event ID, so running both does not double count.
Two parts of that are worth separating, because "has CAPI" has stopped being a differentiator and how it is wired has not:
- Granular button mapping lets a specific button fire a specific event, so a qualified step sends
Leadwhile a booking step sendsSchedule. Most tools fire one blanket event on submit. - Field-level advanced matching maps every field you collect to the matching parameters Meta and TikTok score on, hashed before sending. That is what actually moves event match quality, rather than simply having the API switched on.
Consent that gates the tracking without costing you the lead. Perspective has a cookie banner too, with a basic and an advanced option, so this is not a question of who has consent. The difference is what happens on a decline: in Collectform, one toggle shows the prompt before any ad tracking runs, and if the visitor declines, nothing goes to Meta or TikTok and you still receive their submission. The client keeps the lead, the ad platform does not get the data, and there is no second consent tool to configure per client.
Reusable themes at team level. A theme carries the font, logo, background, border radius and the colours for questions, answers, buttons and button text. Save one per client, apply it to every form you build for them, and change it once when they rebrand. For an agency running a roster, this is the difference between restyling each funnel and restyling each client.
Pricing: Pro from $20/month billed annually, Team from $40/month with 5 seats and unlimited CAPI. White-label included on both.

Perspective figures as published August 2026; currencies differ so compare at your own exchange rate. Rows marked "check current docs" are ones we could not confirm from public documentation, so verify rather than taking our word for it.
Two rows deserve more than a tick.
Cookie consent is not a question of who has it. Both do, and Perspective's advanced banner offers per-category consent. The difference is the decline path: Collectform withholds the data from Meta and TikTok while still delivering the submission to you.
Embed method is the one with downstream consequences. An iframe cannot read the parent page's URL, which is where your click IDs arrive from the ad. A web component runs in the same document, so it can.
How to move a funnel across
If you decide to switch, the work is smaller than it looks because the thinking transfers.
1. Export your data first. Get your existing leads out before you cancel anything.
2. Write your logic down before rebuilding. Sketch the branches, the disqualifying questions and the endings on paper. Most of the value in a Perspective funnel is this structure, and it is portable.
3. Rebuild the form, keep your page. This is the part that surprises people. You are not recreating the whole hosted funnel, only the question flow, because it now sits on your existing landing page.
4. Wire the tracking, then check it. Connect Meta and TikTok, map every field for advanced matching, and confirm your Lead event's match quality in Events Manager rather than assuming it worked.
5. Run both for a week. Split traffic before you switch the ad off. Compare on booked jobs rather than form fills, which is the same discipline we argue for in our conversion-optimized form templates.
The bottom line
Perspective is a good product with a clear point of view: mobile-first, story-style, hosted funnels for paid social. If that is what you need, the alternatives in this article are mostly worse for you and you should stay.
People leave for structural reasons rather than quality ones. Two funnels on the entry plan, one seat, whitelabel at €369/month, and a hosted page you may not have wanted in the first place.
If your problem is any of those, and you already own a landing page you are happy with, an embeddable form with server-side tracking on every plan is the cheaper shape.
Work out which fork you are on first. Everything else follows from that.
