Terms of Service - Collectform

01. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Collectform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02. Your Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

03. Google Authentication & Data

If you use Google OAuth to access the service, we will access specific data as authorized by you (such as your email and profile information). Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

04. Free Demo & Account Deletion

We provide a 1-day demo with full access to every feature; no credit card is required. Following the demo period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service. If a trial account is not upgraded to a paid plan within 30 days of the demo's conclusion, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

05. Subscriptions, Billing, & Grace Period

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing settings.

Post-Cancellation Access: You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Data Retention: Following the conclusion of your final billing period, your account will enter a 3-month grace period. If the subscription is not reactivated within these 3 months, your account and all associated data will be automatically and permanently deleted.

06. Refund policy

Monthly Plans: These are non-refundable as we provide a full-featured 1-day demo prior to payment.
Annual Plans: Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis, excluding the month of cancellation and any payment gateway charges.

07. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Collectform to:

Send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited messages
Collect data illegally or without proper consent from respondents
Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the service
Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

08. Your Content

You own the forms and responses you receive. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the service. We act as a Data Processor for the responses you collect.

09. Service Availability

We strive to keep Collectform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

10. Fair Usage Policy

"Unlimited responses"," Unlimited forms" and "Unlimited uploads" are subject to fair usage. Excessive use that impacts system stability may result in a request to upgrade or account suspension.

11. Limitation of Liability

Collectform is provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13 Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Collectform after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
