  • No Selling: We never sell your data to third parties.
  • No AI Training: We do not use your form content or responses to train AI models.

04. Form Responses

Responses submitted to your forms belong to you. We process this data on your behalf. You may export or delete this data at any time from your dashboard.

05. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

06. Data Security

All data is encrypted during transit between your browser and our servers using industry-standard SSL/TLS (HTTPS).

07. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data while your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (including Google-sourced data) is permanently removed from our active databases immediately.

  • Manual Deletion: If you manually delete your account, all associated data is removed immediately.
  • Trial Accounts: If a trial is not upgraded, data is deleted 30 days after the trial expires.
  • Cancelled Paid Subscriptions: If a paid subscription is cancelled and not renewed, the account and all data (including Google-sourced data) will be automatically deleted 3 months after the final billing period ends.
