Progress Bar
The progress bar appears at the top of the form and visually indicates how much of the form the user has completed. It helps users understand their position in the form and how many steps remain.

Navigation Arrows
These are the “Up” and “Down” arrows displayed in the bottom-right corner of the form (except on mobile devices). They help users navigate the form, such as going back to previous questions or moving forward.
Show “Powered By Collectform“
This option allows you to display the "Powered By Collectform" branding at the bottom of your form.
Form status
This option closes the form and stops accepting new responses. Once closed, users will no longer be able to access or submit the form.
